we have used these transformers for a number of years and have found them to be of high quality and durable with a long running life

I found this device more than adequate for my purposes.

The transformer arrived in a small outer pack with some popcorn in it. The outer packaging was beaten up and the contents of the packaging rattled around inside. When I opened the outer packaging I found that the popcorn had been destroyed and the inner packaging was badly beaten up and torn. The mounting plate on the bottom of the transformer has bent ears, a cracked spot weld, and a good bit of the white powder coat has chipped off due to bending and twisting. This is a solid 22 pound transformer full of epoxy and rocks as a filler. The packaging that this product was shipped to me in was totally insufficient and has left me with a brand new but damaged product. partsforsigns.com wants me to ship the damaged transformer back to them in order to start a claim. It is 2018 and I am not willing to invest the time, effort, and money into shipping something that I bought because I needed it right away to the place where I bought it.

This is got to be the fastest I have ever had anything delivery with any company real time tracking and great customer service two thumbs up.
